Methods

The observation field has an area of 50m x 50m, forming a square shape. In the middle of the observation field, a transect of 5m x 50m is established. Observation objective: Spatial distribution pattern of desert plant communities. Biological sampling: The transect is divided equally into 10 plots of 5m x 5m for surveying. The surveys are conducted in mid-August each year.
